Using a Samsung A50 smartphone, high-resolution pictures of tombstones had been taken from a close distance, without using a flash, mild or tripod. Images had been saved along with geolocation (using GPS, Global Positioning System) and time and date information. Files have been saved in JPEG format, their orientation adjusted when wanted, and irrelevant components of the background had been manually cropped from the picture (Fig. 2). Most of these are pictures of headstones; some of them seize crosses or different burial artefacts used for commemoration. This is the ideal method to exchange broken stone on a historic masonry constructing, offered you can find a match to the original stone used in its construction.
